  : dishwasher needs updating as it was very difficult to close and get started. garbage disposal in sink didnt work. Having to use a key to get anywhere/everywhere on the property was inconvenient. Keypads with a code would be great as sometimes our group wanted to be in different areas at different times. We would have to coordinate keys so people wouldnt be locked out of areas.

  : Great location. Pool & beach werent crowded but we went during off season. Lots of things left in condo to use. Loved that there were extra keys! 2 keys supplied to 6 people is not enough when you have to use keys to get in & OUT?? of pool and beach area.
  : 1. Elevators were not working and no one came to work on them for at least 24 hours. Especially painful that it happened during our checkout leaving us to carry all our luggage down 4 flights of stairs. 2. Rude customer service when called with questions. 3. Way too much personal stuff in the closets (also under all the beds) leaving limited space to store our clothing. 4. No tv in either guest bedroom.5. Lastly, I received over 20 emails after booking and it became hard to find which email contained pertinent information and made some of the information confusing.
