  : After spending a lovely day at the beach on Mother’s Day, we returned to our room and found our beds covered in termites. I went to the office and spoke with Issy. She accompanied me back to the room, confirmed they were termites and stated that the exterminator had recently been there. While I appreciate the wish to be free of bugs and critters, we simply could not sleep in the bed. I only thought about the night I already spent in the bed and if the termites had been crawling on me. The front desk clerk was accommodating and gave us another room and so the packing up again, moving to another room, and unpacking again began at around 7pm. Needless to say, our plans to see the sunset that evening make our dinner reservation never happened due to this issue. Our new room was the same as the previous room, except there is mold in the bathroom and we might have brought termites from the previous room (or they were already in room?) as they were on my husband's CPAP machine. Additionally, early Sunday morning, a housekeeper (older woman with long blonde hair and glasses) and a gentleman, were have a loud conversation just outside our bedroom window in the back alley. Quite disrespectful of sleeping guests as it was roughly 8:30am.With all of this said, I requested compensation and nothing has been done. Not an apology and no compensation. I have been in the hotel business for 40+ years and am appalled at the lack of response and effort to correct a very bad situation.Additionally, Booking.com offered no assistance whatsoever in this process. They simply communicated that the property would not offer compensation. Poor service and will NEVER book another room with Booking.com,WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND,

  : Location was great for our needs, ocean front in Treasure island is still a ways off the ocean but this was still ocean side and not across the street
  : Could use a few updates, plus there was something that appeared to be termites in the bathroom area of the room.

  : Had to upgrade to another ocean view even though that's what I booked. But the extra $12 was with it to see the full moon on our balcony over the ocean. That's all!!
  : Old nasty dirty furniture, cig butt's and trash all over property. Tables broken. Comforter didn't even have a duvet cover. So old .
