  : Me and my niece have a separate reservation. The Front desk person who checked us in made sure that we are close together in one floor by assigning us to a connecting room in one corner of the fifth floor. I am very much please the way he presented himself to us during the process. Very efficient and welcoming.”sorry i did not get his name”The valet service is commendable with our stay. Efficient and friendly with our car going in and out of the property.
  : First morning of our stay, I called service to report that the sink is clogged. A maintenance person came up and look at it as we are heading out around 8:30am. He said he will come back to fix it. I also press the light for a make up service. We return to the room at around 2pm. The room was not made up, the sink still not fix. So I called service again but no one came as we left the room again to attend church service at 4pm. We return to the room around 5:30pm. There was two housekeeper working in our room. They picked up all dirty towels and garbage. They place the fresh towel at the bathroom counter. Tidy the bed a little bit, did not vacuum the carpet, not wipe the tables and left all dirty towels outside the door. It was still there when we checked out in the morning.

  : Maintenance was not kept on top; hand soap ran out while our stay, curtain was off railed so I could not close all the way, asked for extra coffee/tea yet never delivered.Tried to contact via email before our stay through the booking.com page twice but no response was received by the hotel. Called the hotel before our check in about parking but I was put on hold for 10 minute to be able to ask my question. Called at the front desk from the room but was always busy and had to try-wait so long to reach someone.

  : Hotel is overrated. Not so impressive. Our room was not cleaned up until 5pm. The dirty towels were left at the hallway. We ordered food from the restaurant and the food is salty.

  : Took 4 calls after sent to message system to finally get room service, lots of venues closed the coffee shop, the pool, restaurants weren’t being seated … the one that was open did not accept minors made it difficult traveling with my granddaughter, peanuts on floor in our room (we didn’t have peanuts) room service left our tray in the hall with many others … housekeeping supplies left in hall all night! Just not the same place and guest services really didn’t care.
