: The room was spacious. the pool area was nice. easy beach access through a bar restaurant next to pool area.
: The pool isn’t heated. The Bar restaurant food prices are ridiculously high. The food menu in the room has false advertising. It said buying 30 dollars or more of food and would waive the 18% fee for bringing the food to your room. Which they didn’t. I paid 90 dollars with that fee included. I paid for an ocean view balcony, and I didn’t get it. The parking outside is for valet only. All the parking outside the hotel. Free parking is across the street which is far away (not convenient for family with children to cross 4 lane street, nor for elderly).

: The room was very spacious and the restroom was beautiful. We enjoyed having two televisions, one on each side. It was a very cozy room and the room service we got Friday morning April 15 was awesome. Anyone we came in contact with on Friday was friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice as well and the water was perfect.
: On our first night Thursday April 14 we went to hang by the pool. We noticed you have a bar so we go order a few drinks. The gentleman was asking us to go around to the other side for service. Like why? All the employees were on the other side instead of spreading around to help on either side. Whats the point of having that section by the pool if we cant use it to order? I found this annoying, why would I want to go around the middle section to go inside and get help when theres clearly a closer side to where I was? I wasn't able to take my ice chest with me yet they wouldn't take my order unless I inconvenienced myself by going all the way around for their convenience? Come on guys, I spend $1100 with you in 2 days and your employees can't spare 5 minutes to serve me? All I heard was laughing and joking. How important are your customers to you?

: The hotel is beautiful, the pool is amazing and so is the staff but The beds are horrible! Me and my husband kept tossing and turning all night. The mattress is hard and so uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for this every thing would of been perfect.
: The beds! So uncomfortable and hard. Cheap mattresses!
