  : The Hotel is clean and has good Parking facilities
  : Not possible to have a roll in bed even though we had called and agreed in advance. We were forced to upgrade to a suite and pay extra. Breakfast was included in our booking but we had to pay extra because they have a limit of 18$ per person. So I don’t see how breakfast can be included when you end up paying. Employees at breakfast could not speak English, they were not service minded, the breakfast options were unhealthy, overall very disappointing experience.I would not recommend this hotel.

  : Excellent hotel the only issue was the night we checked in both my sons told the person good night and she ignored them that had my sons shaken up a bit but we talked it out . Other than that the hotel is boss we love it

  : The bed and the couches were very comfortable. The view of the pool was pleasant. The room and hallway were very clean. The bathroom was nice and showers were hot which I enjoyed.
  : The coffee maker was outdated and hard to use. We just wanted hot water and it would not work. The staff sent another one and it only made luke warm water, so we had to use the microwave. We booked for a suite with small kitchen area. There was only 1 glass cup provided nothing else. No cups for hot beverages, no plates and no utensils. What is the point of having cabinets if they are all empty?The room service food needs improvement. The breakfast was very bad. We ordered pancake with eggs and sausage. The pancakes were so dry we couldn’t eat them and the eggs were undercooked and lacked flavor. The sausage was salty. It was a total waste of money. The dinner was also not that good for the price. They also served us room service in styrofoam containers instead of real glass plates and silverware. The room was decently sized but needs another full length mirror. The mirror in the cabinet area is dark and not well lit. Lastly the TV is old and not a smart TV. We could not access apps such as Netflix or Bluetooth screen to TV. As this was a Hilton suite I expected much better than this.

  : Breakfast at Starbucks was fine, the dining room staff needed help.
  : Dining room had very limited meal options and staff were in need of management. Our room 525 smelled like it was above a kitchen. We were there 4 nights and 50% of the time the room smelled.Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay
