: Nice location and nice unit
: Awful smell. Unacceptable. It seems like an effort was made to cover up an awful odor by drowning the unit with some cleaning solvent. I personally had to wash all counters in the entire unit with dish soap and water and open all doors and windows and run a fan for half hour and even then the smell remained about 25% throughout my stay. This needs to be rectified before this unit is rented again.

Good

: What breakfast. The location was fine.
: The carpet is old and not clean. Toilet moves and is on a diagonal. Shower needs to be regrouted. Walls are paper thin. But I really disliked being asked to deal with linens AND pay a $250 cleaning fee as a matter of course, not because we left something on a bad condition.

Very Good
