  : EVERY staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Management needs to bend over backwards to keep each one.
  : Bathroom lightening was abysmal, actually beyond abysmal. The Keurig did not work. For a early riser and coffee drinker, this was an unhappy event. Reported it, but was informed there were no other coffee makers available. The road noise on the side we were on (Room 130) was incredible!! The windows had a beautiful view of the elevated highway interchange, filled with sounds of car, semis, and motorcycles 24/7 (but especially bad at night when trying to sleep). You all need to get different chairs in the breakfast area for the tables against the windows (tables for 2). The chairs don't provide proper leverage to eat unless to just shovel from table level directly into mouth. Get some higher bar stools.There should be some kind of discount for non-use of housekeeping duties. Also, a definite discount for rooms 128-138 and 228-238 for having to endure the incredible road noise.

  : The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fully stocked and the room was immaculately clean.
  : The pool was "closed for the season" despite it being full-on summer. A lot of the room doors looked like they had been jimmied open at some point. There was only the one trash can in the bathroom. That's a minor issue, but for 4 people (2 kids) it's not enough.

  : When I come to check in the room was not clean i let the lady know she gave me another room she told me that she was gone put points on me account but that never happened they remodeled the building but it didn’t look like it at all the whole building I should have follow my first mine and went across the street to where Is it I have stayed before

  : I rented this hotel because they had a swimming pool upon arrival the pool is under construction. Then I get to my room and a bid roach is lying on its back moving. I have pictures. And it was missing furniture that was on the picture on website lol. I was there 30 minutes and tried to check out. No refund. I left. Did not stay. Beware of the property
  : Terrible property. Advertising false. No pool and furniture missing in room. Roach greeted me in room. Did not stay. I was there 30 minutes
