: The cabin was clean and in a good location. Off the beaten path, but close enough to many attractions! Loved the jetted tub in the master! The resort zip-lining was excellent!
: The last night of our stay we were contacted 2 times about noise complaints (coming from our cabin). When we told Joanne it wasnt us (which she said she figured because she couldnt hear anything in the background) she said she would let the owners know. We got another call and text at 12:41 am about another noise complaint. They had to leave a message because we were asleep! When we called back in the morning, the gentleman pretty much said, they deal with it all the time and we werent being fined or anything, so it wasnt a big deal. We told them exactly which cabin it was. Just aggravating that they didnt investigate better to get to the problem. All we got was we dont manage that property. The HOA of Legacy Mountain Resort didnt investigate either.

: No privacy, zip lines on one side, and cabin with big bay window on other. Renters next door kids watched everything we did, even while in the hot tub. View not what shown. Top deck blocked by trees. Bottom deck nothing but overgrown trees. No view like shown in photos. Too much money to not be what advertized. Food drippings on top of drawer edges in kitchen.

: spacious cabin, fully kitchen equipment, nice view
: NOT clean at all! we found a lot of dirty and scary insects every where, the worst thing that we found the vacuum tank full of dirty looks like no one cleaned ever!!! Also there was a lot of dust on the curtain especially in the bedroom curtain there were many parts of insects!!! really disgusting and disappointed.
