Mountain Symphony

Wonderful

: Cabin was very spacious, we had 3 couples, a 7month old and an 18 month old with us and we all had plenty of room and privacy. The views from the balconies were amazing. Hot tub worked great. There were plenty of silverware, cooking utensils, extra bedding, etc.The nights were beautiful outside too, you could see all the other cabins lit up across the mountainside opposite us. We would definitely stay here again.
: Just a few minor things.. the yard really needed to be mowed, the property right beside us was mowed but ours wasn't. The upstairs shower in the bathroom on the right didn't want to drain properly and the door knob kept jamming. The area right around the stove needs better light. Some of those magnetic under the cabinet lights would probably be enough to fix that issue. The only real "complaint" I had is that the mattress in the first floor bedroom was hard and uncomfortable. But we made it work. Thank goodness there were those extra blankets and pillows in the closet.

: The views were spectacular but the trees should be trimmed. The game tables were a nice addition. The cabin was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was nice with a good supply of utensils.
: Wi-Fi could have been better. Heating in the bedrooms was inconsistent. Living room could use another comfy chair. Dining room chairs were a bit tippy.

Disappointing
Traveller Type:
: Mostly clean, decent parking, air worked great, good water pressure, comfy beds, clean floors
: Extremely narrow road to cabin, trees blocked view, direct TV didn't work, grass needed mowed, dirt in the wine glasses, bath tubs not properly cleaned, bottom deck inaccessible due to unlisted construction which prevented the use of the hot tub, open outlet with wires hanging out of the floor,

Very Poor
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: It had not been cleaned. It was disgusting. There was literal crap in the toilet, sheets in the floor, party hats everywhere.

Good
Traveller Type:
: The spaciousness of the rooms, the jacuzzi, the pool table, the porches with a decent view.
: Grass not mowed, jacuzzi difficult to use and had low water - not an expert so had to just accept it. One of the showers was difficult to turn from tub to shower (it didnt) and the water didnt drain. The location was fine - very secluded which we asked for.

: The porches needed to be clean. They looked like they havent been clean all summer. Inside was excellent.

Good

: The location was great; it has a beautiful view from the back deck! We also enjoyed the pool table and old-school video games!
: Several of the mini blinds were broken in spots, which wasn't a problem so much as it just doesn't look great. We also had to switch out batteries in one of the remotes for it to work properly. Again, not a huge problem, but just a minor inconvenience.
