  : The location..
  : The floors were dirty, had to vacuum the floors as soon as we got there because of my 7 month old. The power went out first thing in the morning, called the office and they said they were going to get on it rt away and did nothing. Finally at about 3pm I called the electric company myself and they got it back on at about 5pm.. I called and tried to get some kind of reimbursement because it ruined our entire trip and they said there was nothing they could do..
