  : Spacious cabin, five double rooms. Pool table and hot tub.
  : Cabin requires a deep clean, carpets are dirty. curtains are dusty and windows need cleaning. No ironing board, even though there is a washer and drier. Handle came off door, but maintenance team fixed it quickly.

  : There were several issues, the lack of usable utensils, The electric can opener does not work, blender pitcher leaks, no grease catcher for griddle, we had to search for items, nothing was organized in cabinets or drawers, kitchen sink had a leak we fixed to get us through, refrigerator bottom shelf broken as well as one of the shelf’s in the door, temperature setting in refrigerator froze food on 3/4 setting, mold in the upper King bathroom, the basement bathtub to the right was not clean unable to give the baby a bath in that one, no flame or heat in Fireplaces defeats the purpose of a fireplace, there is a bowl on the round table that was broken upside down in the room, the radio in the living room does not work and one of the ceilings in the living room does not work. No batteries in smoke alarms in basement and upstairs. The hot was dirty called maintenance to have it drained and cleaned and some of the jets not working. Lighting in main area of the house is very poor. We’ve been coming here for over 17 years and renting cabins and have not had issues like we had here. I have already spoke to maintenance on some of these issues so they are aware.

  : Cabin was nice clean and had most necessities. Would def recommend to anyone looking for cabin rentals in Gatlinburg.
  : Trash needs to be picked up frequently. Hot tub was not full and was not clean. Pool table was nice but sticks did not have tips...we purchased a new stick at Walmart. Coffee pot needs replaced and 1 bar stool was broken.

  : The location was great, and it was a good value for the money, and it was clean.
  : Could use a few updates, microwave had a broken handle & was not fully functional, broken blind, gas fireplaces didn’t work, squirrel or chipmunk activity in the ceiling could be a little annoying.
