  : The terrace was dirty, no one had sweeped and the table to eat outside was dirty my family and I like to eat out in the terrace but it was dirty and one of the small tables was broken.

  : Loved the location. The grounds are lovely. Units are very spacious and close to the creek. Liked the lobby store for convenience. Housekeeping on the grounds looked like they were working very hard and nice people. Front desk was always available if you called from your room or walked there.
  : Our check in was late by almost three hours. The front desk tried to give us a lesser value unit away from the creek view unit we paid for because our room wasn’t ready. No compensation or apology offered at all in any way. The units were extremely dated by about thirty years. That wasn’t even bad because they were somewhat clean but the tile floors were so built up with gunk and dirt from years of filth. Decor had years of dust buildup. Our unit smelled like cigarettes downstairs. Lots of spiderwebs outside by the doors and windows. We also were awoken to a tractor and drill two feet outside our front door drilling into the concrete at 8:30 am. They even had us move our vehicle. We had to load up our bags which our children all while walking around the construction. We were not made aware of this at all online or but the front desk at any time before or during our stay. The drilling and noise continued until we left at 11:00 am. Also the restaurant on site offers no kids menu at all but I appreciate the convenience of having the restaurant even though it was pretty pricey.

  : Very beautiful location
  : I was disappointed that the room was not very clean. The kitchen counter was dirty, the cabinets look like they’ve never been wiped. There was crumbs on the bedroom floor and on the couch from the guest before us. For as much money as I paid to rent this room I was expecting it to be very clean, but it wasn’t. No hand soap for the kitchen or the bathroom. Also no paper towels for the kitchen. Front desk girl was very nice and helpful I wish I could remember her name.
