: Pool was closed and I had no idea they charge $20 a night for parking.

: Everything was good, I loved the room with a decent view with a mini suite. Beds were comfy and close to everything, plus the complementary breakfast was nice and yummy.
: The bathroom had a foul smell since we entered and towards the end of our stay I found a bed bug

: We checked in to,our room and we realized that we had no towels, no soap, nothing in the bathroom. We called to the front desk requesting these items. Called again an hour later, they finally were brought to our room.That evening as I washed my hair, I found the electrical outlet did not work. Had to dry my hair in the entry to the room.Upon check out we discovered they charged $20 per night to park. Really! There was no other place to park.Probably will not stay there again. Many other hotels in Oak Creek!

: Beautiful location . Beautiful property and the rooms were very nice inside. Salt water pool was nice to swim in.
: Not enough close proximity parking. Had to park far away when I left one morning and returned late afternoon. Seeing as how you are charged $20 a night I expected a little more parking spaces that were closer.

: Location was great, breakfast was fantastic and different everyday! Great pool, hot tub and outside area!
: Doors are too heavy and slam. We were woken up every morning around 6am from people going to breakfast.
