  : The property is clean, comfort and well located.
  : Spent the first night in the cold outside because of staff, we arrived late around 22h the address provided was not written in the building we had to search many times until we found it, no reception no instructions received in order to get in the building stayed in the cold outside till the morning when the property manager showed up at 10am and said sorry the office didnt give me your contact.

  : location and the rooftop of building were perfect, a beautiful rooftop and lobby amenities. The view of space needle was great from apartment. security in and out was good.
  : It was almost like we returned to a college rental set up for a college aged kid:) the microwave was missing a handle, the furniture was definitely all well used, one bed was pretty squeaky everytime u turned. we had to request more toilet paper, a rag for the kitchen, extra garbage bags, (bought our own paper towels and toiletries) and dishwasher detergent as there were no extra supplies. once requested, they did arrive rather promptly from our host who lived a few floors below. the hand soap in the bathroom seemed like it was nearly empty of real soap and someone filled it up with water to look full. there was one skillet for cooking, no pots, though said had cooking pots available. we slept 5 people comfortably but only two bath towels provided. the TV didnt work at first nor did the wifi (TV said needed payment made to resume?) but these issues were handled quickly by our host when we reached out. We felt safe in the building complex.

  : Location was good. However not being able to get into the property when we arrived was a major problem and we had to pay for a hotel for the night.
  : In spite being told to contact me by text only, and not by email, when we arrived the management company didn't do so. We were unable to get into the property and I had to pay for a hotel for the night until being able to get in on the following day. We have had no apology or compensation for extra costs incurred because the management company didn't text even though I had made it clear it was the only way to contact me.

  : Do not use this company!!!! I booked six months in advance and they canceled 2 hrs before reservation time. left me stranded in Seattle. They dont even have a phone number to contact them on
  : This is a scam and the most horrible experience Ive ever dealt with. Booking.com and this company that rents these places are horrible. Booking.com has done nothing in a month and still no refund.

  : The address mentioned was incorrect and had to look for the apts for 2 hours. Building name not mentioned and the building no was also wrong. Very disappointing.It is a fruad.

  : The location is quite close to the Seattle Centre and restaurants. A great view over the city skyline.
  : We were not informed about the check in procedure. It was hard to reach the host so we couldn't get in. We had to check into a hotel the first night. They admitted the mistake and we got the money back for this night. The hotel was more expensive though.

  : They cancelled 2 days before I was due to stay because of over booking. I had booked almost a couple of months ahead of time. They charged my credit card immediately after booking and kept the money until cancellation and I explicitly requested a refund. The did offer booking.com services to help find alternatives but 2 days before my stay, all prices had gone up significantly
