: Paid $150 cleaning fee but they make u clean , do dishes and laundry before u leave. Couldn't leave bottles in recycling had to take care of them yourself. So what's the extra cleaning fee for. If things aren't up to their specifications they charge $50 extra

: Everything was nice and clean and comfortable.
: I paid a cleaning fee but had to clean up after myself and wash my own towels and sheets, so I will never book again through this rental. They were so strict on so many things. Plan to take your own towels and dishes and blankets or be prepared to clean it all up.

: It was so clean and very well stocked. Good location. A great kitchen with almost everything I needed. It was quiet and the bedrooms were wonderful.
: There were no coffee filters. And, I don't think there was any salt. Other than that, there was everything I needed.

: Loved the location, it was easy to access the beach and shops. It was close to town and you can even see fireworks on the beach at 4th of July due to the tall windows. Sofa bed and beds were comfortable and plenty of space for my family to sleep. Rooms were a good size, not cramped feeling and the bathrooms were spacious.
: The parking is garage only and cannot hold larger vehicles. (sedans only) We also were not allowed to park on the street so that was a bit of an inconvenience. We had to park down the street 2 blocks at the mall. There was also a bit of porch railing missing on the front that was a bit of a safety concern with our 4 yr old since it is a 2nd level porch and a bit of a drop.
