  : Breakfast was good! Eggs,sausage, waffles, and seasoned potatoes. Coffee, juice and fruit. What's not to like? Warm and comforting. Cereals, pastries for carb lovers. Thanks for the variety! Comfy bed, plenty of lighting. Streaming service. Lobby and breakfast areas are clean.
  : I didn't like the sneaky attempt to add on $20 for early check in. We arrived ONE hour and a half early and when I was about to accept credit card charge on the machine, I noticed a higher amount than my confirmation/reservation. I asked and the clerk said - "Oh that's for early check in." She didn't even warn us beforehand! I wonder how many people have accepted charges without looking? It's unprofessional not to advise guests of the upcharge. The towels look dingy. No nice fold of last sheet of toilet paper roll on holder. In face the toilet roll was nearly used up. So looks like bathroom was not addressed in cleaning between guests. Shower floor had hair in corner.

  : The clerk at the check-in desk was courteous and helpful.
  : The room was not well soundproofed and the neighbors on both sides were noisy well into the night. We could not get the TV to work right. The clerk got it started, but the volume would not adjust, and the channels would not change. We reported this to the desk the next morning.
