  : The room was clean and comfortable. Space relatively quiet. A/C worked and shower was pretty good.
  : Before check-in, be prepared to do all of the front desk work yourself. Upload pictures of drivers license, credit card, give car make/model/plate… all the stuff that usually gets done by a front desk person upon check-in, you do online. Not a fan.Two requests went unsolved, although answered. No decaf coffee and the TV didn’t work. The text response about the decaf was “I’ll look into it.” No further communication or decaf materialized. About the TV, the text response asked for picture of the problem. I’m lost. The TV is software, streaming… what am I to take a picture of? I notified them the first night (stayed two), and no further communication about it nor any repair.

  : My daughter enjoyed the pool. The room had a bathroom mirror that had a dimmable light, anti fog feature, and it could change color. There's a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable.
  : We visited for a conference. It was me, my daughter, and my elderly mom to watch her while I'm in the conference. They have you check in early online and pay the deposit then. It's a $200 deposit for a $68 night. Wouldn't have booked if I knew that. When we arrived, we had to drive all the way around the building to find parking for the place as it's all sectioned off for different businesses. Then the front door was broken. It couldn't be opened from inside or the outside. A neighboring restaurant let us in. Once inside, there isn't a concierge or anyone working. There's a robot that was broken, so it had a QR code to scan. You scan the code, and it pops up as a phone number. You call the number and you have to tell them where you are. They're short and have no communication skills. They just transfer you to another number. That person then sends you the room number and six digit code to get into your room and a seven digit code to get in through the gates (the only way to avoid the broken door). You get in your room, and you have to turn on the AC. They said it's best to put it 68°-70°. I put it on 70°, dropped our bags inside, and we left for dinner. When we came back a little over an hour later, there was a huge puddle on the floor from the AC. Took up half the towels to get it cleaned up, but it never stopped leaking. I pushed it up to 72, and it still dripped all night. They told me to put it on 68 and wait. I didn't do that because it's too cold for my mom and would have been counterintuitive for the issue. By the end of it, we used all of the towels dealing with the issue ourselves, so we couldn't even shower. To get more towels costs money, but there isn't anyone to get them from either. The floor is messed up from the leakage issue, so you can't close the bathroom door all the way. It was closed when I got there and had to force my way into the bathroom. If you get it closed, be prepared to struggle.

  : No staff there to help, self service kiosks, only one was working so that created a line. No one to attend the tablets if any issues arose. Unable to check in to my hotel even though I paid for two nights. Would not recommend.

  : The 25$ credit at the restaurant was awesome. The free, small breakfast snacks are incentive to try something new (and delicious) and the coffee machine and hot water kettle was so useful!
  : I didnt know the deposit was going to be 200$. We got ours back by texting the owner about ANY issues in our room. I would like to stay again, but not so close to the designated dog relief area.

  : No staff at all when I had a problem with the TV I was there for 7 days and the TV didn't work a single time I tried on the email I got sent about chatting but no one answer my question there

  : That you guys answer the phone when someone is calling you,never make it to the room so I stay in another place
