  : Property has not been maintained we had plumbing issues including master bathroom toilet and shower in other bathroom. Cleaning wasn’t up to standards. Master bed spread had disguising white spots on it which we put in washing machine and cleaned it. Blankets either had holes or didn’t fit bed. Owners should consider buying new blankets and get different local property management company as they never called us back on issues. I had to call 4 times the corporate support line of Vacasa to try and get any help with issues. Sad because the house has potential and could be a great rental but I will never rent this place again. Pictures are not what the property looks like now. Carpets need to be replaced specially out of master bathroom toilet closet as you can tell it has gotten wet and has a smell. They were suppose to return cleaning funds but have not done so. They wouldn’t refund our money!!
