  : Well where do I start. The third day we were there Casa representative along with a prospect walked in property unannounced. Needless to say from that point on a it was unsettling. I have copies. I sent two emails and a text message. No immediate response. After they left the person who is actually moving into the property came back later. I did I mention when they walked in, I said what are you doing here? Prospect said I'm dropping in on you all for dinner. With? Did I say, he was Caucasian, we are biracial. He asked me would I stay again. My answer not if I have a choice. Especially since your back at my property. A few days ago I did try to book a different property because I felt we had no choice. From 8am -4pm. At 4:15 a supervisor calls and says it was not available. I tried to explain what had transpired she hangs up. Next day I call back. My family and I are do out the next day. They lie and tell me another property not available. It was a lie I booked it on VRBO. Then cancel. I have screen shots. Even when I left I took pictures. I don't trust them. I'm a lawyer and I am in politics. I travel through out our nation, my husband is a Veteran. I've never been so flabbergasted in my life. They recorded our conversation and so did I. At the very least my husband and I are owed a apology. In Scottsdale you can not legally walk in on a occupied space.
