  : The room was nice and big, the bathroom was large and well-equipped, and the beds were super comfy. There was a tv built into the mirror in the bathroom as well which I thought was pretty cool
  : The mini-fridge we started with had some issues and our food ended up spoiling over night (which was partly our fault because we didn't check to see if it was working after the repairman looked at it), but they switched it out for another one the next day. We also had issues with our door though and went to the desk a couple times after realizing the door battery was dead and it wasn't our key cards. There also were not any water fountains/water wasn't always accessible. The vending machines were completely empty once the regular facilities were closed and I ended up drinking melted ice from the ice machine in the hall because I didn't want to pay the $6 for the glass included in the room

  : The breakfast was fantastic.
  : The facilities were not clean.There were no trash cans. There was a lot of broken furniture.The staff was not knowledgeable about the layout. Sent us up a stairwell that was more of a fire escape and the doors were locked

  : Front deck staff was friendly and the place had a lot of places to just sit and relax at.
  : We had a noise complaint about our room but when staff came to tell us. It was aggressive and scary. He said we had multiple complaints but no one had called or reached out before hand. We as soon as we could quite down and talked softer. We understand there were other people around us. We did what needed to be more respectful but we also felt it could have been handled better.
