  : The facility was very spacious. The location was great, everywhere we went was nearby.
  : Television is entirely too high. Bed pillows were flat in the master bedroom. The washing machine was too loud, we tried watching TV while washing clothes and we couldn't hear the TV. I feel that there should be a full body mirror somewhere in the house. The one thing that bothered me the most was having to pay $120 for a Cleaning Service fee and yet you still require that we clean by taking out the trash, not cool at all. In the smaller bedroom, we had to wash the quilt before going to bed, there was something on it, we couldn't identify what it was but it wasn't clean.

  : It was very clean and well decorated had plenty of space
  : I’m assuming this is frat row or something since the partying literally went on all night long. Walked in to a bunch of neighbors drinking and smoking pot on the front deck, in the front bedroom the music is bumping so loud it’s impossible to sleep in there. We were fortunate it was only two of us and it was only one night so we could sleep in the small back bedroom l, but if you come with more people the front room may seem like the better room but it’s definitely not!! We were here on a weekday so I can’t even imagine what the weekend would be like! It’s a shame because the place is really charming I just didn’t want to live on frat row in my twenties I certainly don’t want to in my thirties! Also as a side note I didn’t like that the owner emails you the day of on a non refundable booking saying “pet fee is $75”, that’s a huge pet fee that’s completely unmentioned before that point. The website only states that it’s pet friendly and “charges may apply”. I didn’t have a pet with me on this trip but it rubbed me the wrong way like it’s the type of property that would be quick to put in huge hidden fees.

  : - cabinets too high for most of our family members and no step available - bed cushions with bad odor- small cockroaches around the kitchen- pillows not comfortable - full size bed could not be used after the first night as it was very uncomfortable

  : We liked the comfort and convient location, along with the ample amenities. Also, the city provides free transportation from 5pm til 5am with the downtowner app.
  : The lockbox was difficult to open though I expect they will replace it as there appeared to be a new one mounted on the wall.

  : the place is beautiful. beds are comfy. kitchen is all brand new. we traveled with a baby and they have crib and high chair.
  : bathtub is very slippery unfortunately, if you have party people in the properties next door, you can hear absolutely everything.

  : I liked the decor. I loved the front porch and the closeness to everything.
  : The lock boxes didn't work couldn't lock doors when we went anywhere. The internet service was hit and miss . Wasn't a broom , dust pan, or mop. When staying a week you need to sweep after cooking.

  : - bed in one of the bedrooms was broken or coming apart- the floor had nails sticking out at few places- bed duvet had no cover - pillows were flat n old - I had to wash the dishes before use due to visible stains- 2 mornings in a row there were fights outside on the street that could be heard in the home - coffee filter does not fit the pot
