: The thing that wasn't great is that you have to use the back door. There is a door on the front but you can't come in that door.

: Location was great, the unit was clean and comfortable. When we couldn't get the key lock box to work (upon arrival) our call was answered immediately and the agent had a solution.
: The parking situation was not ideal, but workable, but that was made aware at time of booking. The shutters in the bedrooms leave quite a bit of light filtering in at night (positive would be no need for flashlights).

: Great location in historic district. Short walk to cathedral, Chippewa Square, historic district restaurants/bars. Very spacious and comfortable apt, clean, nice attention to detail (linens, towels, kitchen amenities, etc.). Small patio to enjoy coffee in the AM or a drink in the evening (bring bug spray!) Quiet most of the time. Good communication with property manager via text when needed.
: This is a ground-level apt. Some noise when guests enter/exit the adjacent apartment...can be jarring when you first hear it (sounds like it's inside this unit), but you quickly get used to it. Some directions on using the Roku TV would be helpful (cable TV vs. streaming channels, vs. Netflix, etc.) Took me awhile to figure out. Also, wi-fi code up front would be appreciated.
