  : Could not get cable to work. Took a shower at 8am and nothing but cold water. Bad!

  : Loved the location, staff was amazing when they were around. Property was deteriorating though beautiful.
  : We booked two nights at the property. Unfortunately we forgot our key for the first night and only realized it when we arrived back at the property at 10pm ish. There were NO ONE at the property that we could ask for help, and we tried the emergency number they gave us which just went to the front desk. We called every number we could try on their website and NONE got answered. After 2 hours we gave up and started calling booking.com and agent Darell Justine S.told us and confirmed with an email that we would get the first night reimbursed and PLUS the hotel we had to book because we needed a place to stay. A week later, foley house reimbursed us for the first night and I called booking.com to ask for the other hotel we paid for which was promised that we would get reimbursement as well. Agent Omar M. Told us it was an “AGENT MISTAKE” and we would not get the additional reimbursement that the previous agent promised us. This outrageous experience made us not want to stay at foley house again and would not want to use booking.com anymore neither.
