  : Great location. Restaurants within distance. The hotel itself is going through some renovations and while some areas were not completely finished, the staff made every effort to keep us comfortable and welcomed. Keeping in mind that the current renovations will be over soon, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  : The front receptionist when we checked in was extremely rude about us booking through Booking.com and how they didn’t have accommodations on the 1st floor for our children which wasn’t a big deal for us, but she stated how we needed to keep our kids quite because others on the floor below might be able to hear them. There were stains all over the chair, baseboards were falling off, the breakfast was horrible, the staff was on the phone (on speakerphone) in the hallways, the hot tub was freezing, we took our trash from our takeout dinner with us because there was a sign in our room that stated you will be charged for takeout of extra trash. Needless to say, when we make a stop in Savannah, GA we will not be staying at the Country Inn and Suites.

  : They had breakfast.
  : I was woken up every morning with someone slamming doors (I think it was housekeeping) then someone wanted to take breakfast back to their room and the worker was very rude to her and told her she couldn’t to follow the rules. Toilet ran and wouldn’t shut off. Jacuzzi was cold water.

  : The breakfast is sup par. There’s not really anything besides for cereal and waffles.
  : The main clerk lady was very rude. Our first room the a/c was not working properly. I went down and told the lady and she said I didn’t know how to work the thermostat and that it didn’t make any sense. She then told me she would move our room one time, we had 30 minutes to tell her about any problems with our new room and that we would have to check out if we did have a problem with the new room. The beds were very loud anytime you moved on them being that they were on metal frames I guess and when you moved on them they would pop very loudly. My main problem was the staff.
