  : Property is conveniently located. And it was clean (minus some mold growing in bathrooms). Newly renovated.
  : Air conditioning was out for most of our stay. They did repair each time we called but it would be out again by the end of the day. I realize things happen and they were very responsive. But the system needs major repairs apparently. It was very uncomfortable when the system was out. Owner did offer for us to relocate for the first night, and we chose not to. but the issue went on all week and the other unit was occupied later in the week. Also other maintenance staff came in to paint the porch. we were not notified anyone was entering. I understand sometimes stays and maintenance overlap (though it really should be limited to urgent maintenance and painting a porch really isn’t). But the bigger issue, we were not notified and the men left the house and left it unlocked when they left. they also left a mess. but the bigger issue being it was left unlocked. It is newly remodeled but some of the bathrooms already have mold growing on the walls.

  : The location was incredible; close to resturants and shops. The views were peaceful. It was nice to do a load of laundry. The decor was lovely. The entire flat was very well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the towels were large and thick. It was fun to have so much space- walking into the front door was a "wow" experience.
  : This is just a matter of policy I know, and it's part of the deal when you book a place like this, but I would have liked to have more people or stay longer to justify the $190.00 cleaning fee. That was a lot of money for a couple that used only a small part of the space, didn't cook, and spent only one night. It would have been worth it if we had used even one more bedroom/ bathroom or used the kitchen for more than coffee and wine glasses. As it was, we needed the room for the night and this was a wonderful treat to ourselves.

  : Location was fantastic. I didn't realize what a busy square it was. Walking distance to all the major locations. The apt had plenty of room for 6 people. The beds were ok. Back bedroom could use a new mattress. There was some wear and tear to the apt. Mold in the air vent in master bedroom. The showers were amazing. Owners were very responsive with any concerns.
  : Lots of tours go by the apt. We thought the windows were open because you can hear everything and every conversation outside. Drunk people at night screaming. I realized what the additional floor fans were for, to help muffle the outside noises. That was the biggest downfall. So, sleep was hard to come by.

  : The location was perfect. Very nicely decorated. For the most part everything was very comfortable. The family loved it.
  : Living room had an odor like a dog lived in the residence at one point. Otherwise everything else was decent.

  : All needed items for living, spacious and well located next to a park square and near most revered Savannah activities!
  : A few broken things. Beds #2 & 3 are full size and not suitable for a couple needing a little extra sleeping room.3rd bath is 1/2 not full but convenient in front of apartment. Floors and rugs not really clean.
