  : I very much enjoy the location of the hotel/casino. Saratoga springs is nice location with many great shops and restaurants. I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times. We requested a 12 pm checkout when booking the room. Upon arrival we were informed that we would have to call in the morning and see what they can do. So in the morning we called and we were told we could in fact have the 12pm checkout. We very much appreciate the extra hour to relax and pack. I always boast about how clean the rooms are and how friendly the staff is. This stay we had a couple off interactions with employees and the room wasnt as clean as usual. Everyone has off days, I get it and I know the housekeepers do their best to keep the rooms clean and accommodate late checkouts. We had dinner reservations in town and had a couple hours to relax. We went to the pool and enjoyed the hot tub. We were the only ones in the pool area and it was very nice to sit and relax in the hot tub by ourselves. Also, before our dinner reservations we met friends at the Mortons bar. We enjoyed some nice cocktails and the bar tender was very friendly. The bar was busy and she did a very good job to check in with us and took a moment to chat. The casino was fun as always.
  : The only thing I noticed was the room wasnt as clean as in previous stays. Like I stated before things happen and housekeeping does a good job.

  : Everything was right there in the building, gaming, dancing, eating, bedroom.
  : The ice machine was broke, and we had to go to a different floor to get ice, and there was no scoop for the ice buckets but other than that it was great
