  : I did like the location. Amd how clean it was.
  : I did not like the staff. Not friendly at all. No g'morning, afternoon or evening, smiles. Everybody's attitude was negative. The receptionist was not friendly at all.When approched to check in. We we're the only guests.She just turned and said , "I'll be right back." 5 minutes later, we checked in.Charging us not just parking but this "Resort fee". So for the 2 days from $488.16 to $666. I did ask of parking is $25 per day 2 days comes out to be around $538. She explained it not just parking its for our services, beach towels, transportation, "resort fee". Ok. Then, the next day, I asked for a bandage, because, my wife cut her finger on a shower knob that was broken off. The receptionist did not even offer to repair broken shower knob. Instead, with a frowny face said, did someone get cut. I explained what happened and she in a negative demeanor , "we don't have them." Then, from out of nowhere, she gave the bandage. On the last day , we noticed A/C wasn't blowing cold. Overnight was hot. We asked to be looked at. Nobody showed up. Was our last day so, we just wanted to get out asap at that point. Very disappointing experience considering its a 4star and $300 a night. Very disappointing service and staff

  : Pleasant stay.
  : Intransparent pricing. Destination Fee of 28$/Day on top of the payment via booking. This adds up quickly after a couple of days. We were not proactively informed about that and it was not obvious during the booking process.
