: Everything except the Direct TV system. For men you need to add sports channels. Add ESPN, Fox Sports, The SEC channel and NBCSN. Id also add HBO. It poured all day Saturday during my trip and I couldnt watch college football. I met the owner and he was very nice. I will be back.

  : The location and accommodation
: We were never able to lock the door when going out! Also appliances were old and not functioning.

Fair
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
  : Location was good.
: We had one day on March 16 that was a rather disappointing day. At 8:00 in the morning a crew came from a heating air conditioning company to install a new unit. They had to install in all the rooms. They were still there when we left to eat at almost 5:00 that evening. It seemed quite a inconvenience to be there that day. The owner had left town so he was unavailable to talk to. It would seem fair to receive some type of adjustment on what we paid. My wife was rather disappointed that the unit was not cleaner. Quite dusty in some areas. The bathroom vent in the ceiling look so filthy that it had never been cleaned. Afraid to turn on the bathroom fan.

  : Comfy and Cozy
: Bottom bunk had sand in it, was able to wash sheets. Couldnt find any extra bedding or beach towels.

: House was quiet and clean
: Location of the home was in the middle of a developing property and was hard to locate. The layout was terrible, last two bedrooms were only accessible by walking through the bedroom closest to the livingroom.
