  : The location was great. It was centrally located to everything we wanted and needed. The shower had the strongest water pressure I have ever experienced! The room was very spacious. The staff during our check in was extremely friendly.
  : The tub and sink drained really slow. The room was as cold as a meat locker upon our arrival, initially making our room very uncomfortable. I would have preferred a room on the interior of the building, as the street noise was quite loud each night we were there.

  : Disgusting. I did not even sleep at the hotel. I opted to sleep in my car instead
  : Old, musty, smelly. gross, outdatedno ventilation, it was a place you walk i to and want to run out immediately, which I did. I had already lost almost $400 which was non refundable but then I couldn't check out because there was a fee for checking out early!So I slept in my car and checked out the next morning.

  : The location of the hotel is great. It's in the center of Santa Monica, a few minutes walk from the pier and just a few minutes from the promenade. The room was clean and the staff was nice.Valet parking at the hotel is $35 for a day. You can enter and exit at any time. Very convenient.
  : The room design looks old. The beds are very high (especially for young kids) and not very comfortable.The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. When we checked out, contractors that came to re-innovate inside the hotel parked at the hotel's valet's parking spot. The valet's brought our car back, but he had to park it so it blocked somewhat the pedestrian crossing. We had to hurry up and put the bags fast in the car to clear the crosswalk. Not the best ending for a nice stay. The price was high, but I guess it is reasonable for the area.
