  : The clerk was very nice
  : Absolutely not what we had expected was called to “upgrade” to a “ocean view” room we got there and was not an ocean view it was somewhat seeable from the front door of the room not the room at all. curtains and bathroom sink were dirty tv very outdated we booked a king size bed room and “upgraded” to two queens because manager said ocean view room. Ended up leaving after about 2 hours of trying to get some type of accommodation we were very unsatisfied wanted atleast a partial refund manager was basically no help at all and was not on the property until the next day. We booked a room with a different hotel after a couple hours hoping maybe we’d get a partial refund but ended up with nothing best the manager said she could do was give us a $100 credit to a new room which to me made no sense because for 1 weeks didn’t like the room for 2 weeks spent a lot of money to end up being very unsatisfied and checking out after two hours of searching for a new room / waiting for the clerk to text back and forth with the manager to see what accommodations she could make
