  : Great location and breakfast. Comfortable bed.We walked everywhere we needed to go.
  : The room was a bit small. I think some of the furniture is too big for this space

  : The bed was very comfortable, but took up almost the entire room.
  : The room was rather small and was not attached to the main house. The room was on a completely different property. The bathroom was very small.

  : Breakfast was pretty good. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows.
  : There was a strange noise that went on and off every 8 seconds all day and night and was quite disruptive. The smell of cleaning products(?) was overwhelming. The NOT BEFORE sign on the front door regarding checkin time was harsh and unwelcoming. The faucet in the tub was extremely difficult to operate. Wifi was weak.

  : Love the quaintness and the convenient location to State Street
  : Was a little bit frustrated because I had to extend a day on the front end, made a separate reservation and even closed the loop with the property ahead of time to make sure they knew that the 2 bookings were both mine. And even after having my credit card charged for both bookings (3 nights total) at check in, I still got multiple calls from the property at the beginning of the second booking telling me of the charges I would incur because housekeeping couldn’t prepare my room for the next guest (me).Was a disruptive event to deal with and resolve in the middle of a work presentation.

  : Arrived after long flight and drive, booked in and made very welcome, in house opposite main house, Cosy clean and enjoyable, good breakfast. Would go back

  : No one was there to check me in. 45 minutes later I was finally able to teach someone by phone.

  : Very nice location and comfortable
  : I tried calling a couple of times to confirm my reservation and no one answered in the morning and then I got there and they said that I could come in at 2 PM. I arrived shortly after two and no one was there and at 3 PM when they should have been there no matter what no one showed up until 3:45 PM after one of the other guests kept calling them. Had the Inn not been beautiful I would have given them a poor rating.
