  : I loved the customer service the attendant gave us when we checked in on Sunday around 6pm.
  : I loved every aspect of the hotel, the rooms were nice and clean! It was justA quick Mother’s Day getaway so we didn’t spend too much time on the property. Only problem I faced was when I checked out of the hotel, the lady came off as a little rude and rushed into every thing! No how was your stay, how did you like the hotel, just you’re all checked out! Only if the same person that checked us in was there during check out I would have liked it, a morning check out deserves a smiling face, not just a rush to get us out of the property! I was considering coming back again, but something small like that can make a big impact! Overall I liked the property!

  : I paid the same amount of money every day for that hotel room. I expect it to have towels, toilet paper, and have my room cleaned every day because I surely didn’t get a 20% discount from this hotel for not coming in and cleaning my room and giving me towels and needed toilet paper after I requested it and was ignored. No one came to get me a roll of toilet ! I can’t even believe that ! The front desk totally ignored my request. Not to my standards as a Marriott Gold Member who used to be platinum member but now a Hilton Honors member. They come every day to clean your room, very nice front desk staff and comfortable at the Hilton.

  : It was close to Busch Gardens and they gave rides and picked up as well. That was the main reason I chose this hotel.
  : The breakfast could have to go bars for convenience purposes. One of the desk staff was a little grumpy but overall the stay was really good. I would recommend it.

  : Many things, except for the extremely poor customer service that I received from one particular female front desk employee. She ruined the whole experience for me. Otherwise, I would have given this property and the rest of the staff an A++!
  : All of the staff were excellent and accommodating except for one young lady who was extremely rude and the opposite of a good customer service representative! This interaction really turned me off and it soured me on the whole experience! The hotel should follow-up with me for more details. 207-991-2212.
