  : Rooms were not totally clean. I’ve stayed in cleaner and more pleasant Holiday Inns.

  : Love the location. Great pool and kids water area. It's great for closeness to the park and beach.
  : I think the price is high. I understand it's prime season, but I think it could be a little more affordable for families. The prices in the restaurants are super high, especially Perkins for breakfast.

  : Bathroom was filthy beds not comfortable I booked for a balcony and didn’t get that at check in the women said if I didn’t take this room they would give my reservation away. I thought this was supposed to be a nice hotel I paid 700 for two nights and would have had a better experience at a 2star hotel

  : I purchased a pass from Breakers for cedar point and water park that ended up being something different than what I was told. I was told I’d receive a refund for the passes and haven’t seen it a week later.

  : Excellent beach . Well kept with games to play., Nice to have early admittance access as a resort guest before general public to the parks. Great Water park. Hotel staff were courteous, helpful and professional .Cashless facility was good as well as carry out at restaurants. . Parks were well kept. Pools were great with umbrella tables provided. .Fire pit area was so nice for gathering. Kudos to the housekeeping staff and restaurant employees..
  : Room was small.and expensive . Not enough signage to navigate the property. Lines were long for checkin and separate designated line could be just for questions and paying for park admittance ? Checkout would be more convenient if we did not in person have to return room cards but be able to leave them in the room and either an emailed receipt or paper copy slipped under the room door the night before check out provided. Need more for just drink kiosks in the park would be nice. Lines were long and early admittance, our group , experienced the water bottles were not cold so staff could do better refrigerating them before close in the evening. Really could use more shaded seating /areas in the park. Beach chair rental may have been an option? I didn’t see if that was the case. My friends who are coffee drinkers were surprised a complimentary cup of coffee and maker was not offered as part of your room expense .
