  : This was a last minute booking because it was too late and we were too tired to drive back to our airbnb. The price was good. We paid upon arrival. It was confusing when we arrived as to where to go. This was a house divided into separate four units. We were given a PIN and tried it on two doors, but nothing worked as someone else was in those units. Embarrassing. We returned to the car and called the number in our reservation. The owner came down to let us in. Oddly he asked if we were paying by cash or PayPal and stated PayPal charges fees. I am not sure who pays the fees but he wanted cash. The owner spoke okay english but not great. Although the listing said we were in an upstairs unit with a balcony we were in a downstairs unit at the front of the house. It was two bedrooms and a reclining couch. Two double beds in the small bedrooms. There was no soap in the bathroom. There was an odor in the place from a dog upstairs. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms were good, but no air elsewhere. The kitchen was adequately equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, some spices and dish soap. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillow gave me a neck ache as it was too big and not soft. There was a dining room table with four chairs. The water pressure was adequate but the hot water ran out. The neighborhood seems quiet and safe. The place was close to the main San Juan happenings. It was a good value especially for the last mininute.
  : See my comments on what I did not like. There were towels but no wash cloth or soap in the bathroom. The beds were not comfortable as I do not like hard beds. The billow was bulky and gave me a neck ache. The check-in process was confusing and troublesome in the dark and late at night. This is a house divided into section with no indication of what section is what. This is a very basic place to stay. It was cheap for San Juan so I was grateful for that. The parking was sparse.

  : Only just enough furniture. No additional table or chair. Kitchen equipment really needs an update and replacement. WiFi sucked (only in bedrooms, if you’re lucky).

  : it did not have a light bulb. none of the plugs worked. the only light it had was a lamp and that is what you would use at your light. it says it has 1 bed and one sofa bed but there was no blankets or pillows for the sofa bed.

  : When I got to the place it was not ready. Had to leave and come back at a later time. The surroundings of the house are filthy. The bed where I slept had a broken frame where I felt I was gonna fall off bed. Pillows are filthy yellow and stained. Cleanliness inside was poor. There was no cable. It was not worth the price I paid.
