  : Location was central to everything including restaurants, shops, beach, and the park. Parking was convenient and located off of Magdalena Ave. with the guest entry off the back of the hotel.

  : View from room was HVAC units, I had requested a street view. The shower had no pressure. Toilet was hard to flush.

  : Location and staff were pleasant and gave exceptional service. The check-in and check-in were both seamless, and both desks agents were welcoming, helpful, and very efficient.
  : We entered our room to the sound of a very loud drip from the shower. We tried to turn it off but couldn't. We reported it and were told that someone would come to fix it. When we got back that evening, it still wasn't fixed. We called the front desk again and were told that the maintenance would come in the morning. At first they said that they couldn't give us another room, then later we were offered a standard room. We had a room with an ocean view and two queen size beds and didn't want to get a standard room, so we decided to suffer through it. So we had to listen to that loud drip that night, plus the room was hot. We couldn't adjust the AC unit. We again made a report at the front desk the next day and reminded them about the drip. When we got back that night, the room was noticeable a bit cooler, and the drip was gone. We were happy, however when we tried to bathe the water was boiling hot. We had to do so much to get water that wouldn't burn our skin off. If it wasn't for those two things, I would have said exceptional.
