  : View from our second-story room of Mission Bay and the ocean in the distance. The view of Mission Bay at night was especially nice. Also, the location of the hotel is the best! It's next to the Mission Bay park, the bicycle/running path that encircles Mission Bay, and nearby Ventura Bay for open water swimming. And, the hotel is within walking distance of mission bay and the pacific ocean.
  : The elevator area is dark during the day and at night.

  : The underaged boys who were vaping in the hot tub. In the hot tub. The property is gorgeous and the personnel were helpful and polite and my room was spectacular. There are zero complaints, however; the rates are very high.

  : I was with my family for 10 days, the facilities are very comfortable, however you should know that they have parties every weekend with excessive volume, you cannot rest and the next day when collecting the equipment from 7 in the morning is a noise of trucks and people working. They should warn you that these parties take place on weekends and I would have chosen another hotel. The reception staff were friendly, with the exception of Mr. Ulises Vasquez, this man was very rude, he should not work with visitors, he just wanted to argue about everything trying to ruin our vacation. The cafeteria staff must specify; If you want coffee it is included, but if you say Americano coffee they charge you 10 dollars. Training would be good for them since we all understand that there is an additional charge for a machine coffee, not for the same. I only recommend this hotel to stay during the week.

  : The room smelled like dog pee. Sheets and pillows were not very nice, especially for the price. The pool and jacuzzi bottom was slimy. Not enough seating for everyone at the pool.
