Steps to the Beach Rooftop Deck

  : Liked being walking distance from the beach. Restaurants are close: quick drive or walking distance. Rooftop deck is nice (weather permitting) to be able see beach and watch fireworks from SeaWorld. Bathrooms were supplied well/functional and kitchen was too. They provide beach towels.
  : Parking for the facility is a hassle. The garage to our building was off of the alley and very hard to get in and out of. Con of location is you're right next to a long ally, streets are busy and loud and there were many homeless people. One night heard them arguing in the alley and another witnessed an argument almost escalate to a fight. They ask you to use an outside shower to rinse sand off from the beach. Shower is actually shared between three separate buildings and located RIGHT next to a covered parking spot of one of the other buildings. TV to downstairs room didn't have a remote that worked and upstairs remote was missing. When we contacted Pedro about that a housekeeper came the next day with batteries and had to go take a remote from one of the other buildings. Kind of weird. Don't let the pictures fool you, the rooftop deck looks like it's a weber grill but when you take off the cover it's some off brand. Again, weird, like false advertisement. When I inspected the grill found used cigarettes near the burners and in the grill. Air conditioning is not the best either if you're staying summer time. It's not central air. There is one small unit (like hotels have) for the downstairs room isolated from everything else and another small unit oddly placed in the loft, so air flow is not the best for the rest of the house. They take a really long time to cool down the house and had to keep resetting it during the day. We would feel hot and when we checked the controls they had been reset to 85 degrees. This happened multiple times during our stay. The house layout doesn't lend itself to hang out or dine as a family as there is no kitchen/dining table just one couch in one room and a couch in the downstairs.
