  : Clean, well maintained, exceptional location on the beach. Wonderful comfortable king sized bed with high quality bedding. Liked the paraben free products in the bathroom, smells great (even though the push mechanism is a little awkward - wonder how much product they lose). Stayed in king ocean front room facing the ocean, third floor (303). Great, helpful staff all around. Continental breakfast was surprisingly satisfying. Keurig coffee in room was surprisingly good for hotel room coffee. Artemio (hope I got his name right) the handyman was awesome - fixed a wobbly patio table with lightning speed and professionalism and also helped me with an issue I had with my car!
  : Its not the fault of the property but the Trump tables that were on the sidewalk in front of the ocean all day Saturday, selling tee shirts, practically ruined the experience. They put up half a dozen 15 ft poles with around 20 flags, which obstructed the view. Took a lot of effort to turn the other direction so I wasnt staring it all day from the balcony. The property really needs to do something (coordinate with the city) to prevent anyone from setting up tables there. Or at least take down the flags. It ruined the view and the vibe. If they were going to be there all weekend, I would have checked out and canceled my stay to go somewhere else. For this reason - and it pains me to say this - I unfortunately cannot recommend staying at this hotel (definitely not the ocean front rooms) and I will not likely return. The hotel needs to know they are losing business due to this. Why am I paying so much money to stare directly at someones awful, off-putting flags that are perpetuating violence and hate (machine guns on flags, transphobic signs, etc)? It is deeply wrong.

  : Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms are large with a king bed, large shower. All areas of the hotel are really clean. Hotel right on the beach.

  : We were upgraded to room 127 because the hotel was overbooked. Room is directly next to the pool system which you will hear throughout the night, so you never have a silent room. We asked the receptionist (woman, black haired with white streaks) for another room. She told us we could upgrade but otherwise there were no free rooms. Like: We know the room is bad, but we only have better rooms so you need to pay for them. Never experienced something like that before.

  : There wasn't much not to like. It is right on the beach, so the noise of people that are up all night took some getting used to. It wasn't all night every night, just little screams and arguments. Nothing too wild. If you are a light sleeper, it can be hard to sleep.
