  : There was enough room for two people comfortably and there was ample storage room and racks for clothes. Parking was included in the price and in a mostly-secure garage rather than in an open lot. Staff contact that we had was prompt and friendly.
  : We stayed for eleven days and found many big and small elements missing. If the price were lower, it would be easier to let it go but the listing says LUXURY and this place was almost 2x as expensive as other options.You’re not overlooking (or even close to) the pool shown in the listings. Instead you look out over a blank wall and alley. Even with doors and windows closed, you still hear all day long construction sounds and a constantly ringing bell/phone over loudspeakers from a neighboring business. Elevators were broken for days, security doors didn’t close/lock, and walls were thin enough to hear neighbors talking, walking, playing music and several different dogs barking.The room itself needed a bit of maintenance/cleaning. When we arrived the kitchen floor was sticky and some dishes were not clean. We had to go buy cooking oil, oven mitts, cleaning supplies, and a drying rack as they were not provided. And just silly - one roll of toilet paper for 11 days?

  : All the appliances worked well, refrigerator, dishwasher and the washer and drier. You have what you need to cook. Coffee maker worked. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Hair dryer worked. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion provided. Wifi worked well and was able to print some items at the business center. It is very close to highway. Gym was well equipped. Always able to have a parking spot on the garage. Lobby area nice.
  : First, the location is in an industrial area, we didn’t feel comfortable / safe going out for walks. This is a dog friendly complex so lots of dogs everywhere, in halls, in/out elevators, once went to take elevator and lady leaving with two dogs that had peed all over the floor. You can’t access the apartment when you arrive, you need to be let in, no code or anything based on the initial directions to get into building, we were let in by two really guys who say this happens all the time. This is a huge complex and takes a while to find your way around. The apartment itself had good appliances as outlined, but needs a refresh, walks all scuffed, topically clean, but lots of dust on lights and there were clothes left in the dryer - g-string panties and a pair of shorts. The dining table is small and worn. The shower curtain was a little dingy and the water pressure was poor. It looked like they may have sprayed for ants before we arrived, there was a long red stain in the bedroom. Hallways are gross and stained. Was disappointed, especially given the price. While they can’t help this, the person above stomps really loud when they walk, but thankfully not after 11 usually. Also patio was filthy so couldn’t use, dirt and cobwebs.

  : The condo needs to be repainted. There is a lot of dust and unclean surfaces (the fan in the bedroom has a visible pile of dust on the lobes). Some of the hooks in the bathrooms are loose, the carpet in the living room is old and dirty, the cabinet doors on some furniture items are broken, one of the bathroom locks is not working properly. There was no parking pass in the room, the unit is very far away from the elevators, the common hallway carpets are pretty dirty. The pool area is nice

  : Loved having the living room. The water filter was also nice to have. The pool was also nice.
  : Extremely loud; we slept pretty bad. The bed and pillows were very hard. Also noticed that there were some interesting marks on the walls and one of the shelves was broken.

  : Nest thermostat on the wall seems out of power? I was unable to adjust the AC.
