Comfortable 2 Bedroom 1 bathroom house

  : Quiet neighborhood, had bar next door, laundry mat and mini Mart across the street but there is washer/dryer. About 15 minutes to San Diego Zoo and beach, Belmont Park. USS Midway. House was decent size, Provided 1 day worth of coffee and toiletries. Older home, Great place overall.
  : Shower knob needs fixing, no cookware to use in the oven they have stovetop pots instead. Outside garbage can we full when we got there, probably gets picked up once a week. Couldn't use the grill, no propane. I was offered reimbursement but would have been nice to be ready. Only street parking available. TV's in the bedrooms would be great.

  : I found someone else’s socks in the couch, parking was almost nonexistent, there were ants in the kitchen coming though a damaged countertop.

  : There was no AC and no screens on the windows so they couldn’t be opened. The bathroom window had no curtain and the tub drain could not be closed so my son couldn’t take a bath. The bathroom fan didn’t turn on. The dining room overhead light did not turn on.

  : The location was absolutely amazing and that’s what will make me come back but not during the summertime when it’s hot.
  : It was so hot in the house there is no AC. And when we opened up all the windows to let the air flow through there are absolutely no screens on any of the windows flies mosquitoes and bugs kept coming in. Just a very uncomfortable for the first half of the day when it’s warm

  : Nothing was great about this property. Beware. Do not stay at this property. Read below to see the laundry list of what is wrong with this dump they call a property.
  : lack of lock to side entrance (anyone could walk in from bar next door), place reeked of cigarettes, not clean (dirty floors, bathtub, fridge, etc), no heating, no lights in the living room, linoleum flooring in kitchen had a huge rip that I kept tripping over, broken stove and there was a ton of random junk in front yard, side and back yard. I informed owner of all the issues, and he disregarded my complaints, as did booking.com. The owner nor the company didn't lift a finger to remedy the situation, so I ended up leaving early from my stay and they charged me for the entire amount ($4800 for 3 days as I paid $4800 for 27 days).
