  : That people were quiet after 10pm regardless how loud they were before
  : The extra fees that I didn’t know about u til after I arrived, the bathroom door that stuck a person in unless they slammed their body against it to open it, the stained towels, our broken refrigerator, and the room wasn’t cleaned once even though we were informed on the first day that it would be cleaned on our 3rd day but it never was. Also I wasn’t given any print up or email about my stay even though I was guaranteed a printout or email within 24 hours of checking out.

  : The exterior updates were visually nice, including the pool and office area. The beds were actually comfortable and the pullout sofa bed came in very handy for our 4 year old. The office staff were very nice and very welcoming.
  : The location itself, however, is NOT ideal if you have a large truck. Not recommended if you have a larger vehicle—you will have to park on the street and circle multiple times before you find a decent enough space. Then, we had a water leak in our bathroom. Lots of water puddled on the floor. We reported it and it was “handled” by just recaulking the edge around the toilet while we were gone. Being that we were on the 3rd floor, that’s going to spell “ceiling leaks” onto the 2nd floor in a matter of time. We were offered a different room at least. The bathroom tubs were NOT clean. Aside from the tub floor not being scrubbed sufficiently, the tubs are ancient—still have the jets installed from the 90’s. It obvious they didn’t have enough funds to update the tubs yet—but if you can’t update them now, AT LEAST deep clean the interior of the jets! They were dirty and black in the interior crevices.

  : The location was great Nice to have refrigerator, microwave, pool, all the things Comfort Inn has
  : The toilet was broken & the water kept running, shower wouldn’t shut off & was difficult to operate. Apparently they are not doing room service & we didn’t get any fresh towels After three days I asked and was told they had no towels and wouldn’t have any to give me that night ( this was 6:00 in the evening) so since our towels were wet & we couldn’t shower I took 4 thin towels from pool which then meant none were left in pool area. The next morning I wanted to wash my hair and there was no shampoo ( hadn’t been since the first night of our stay) I requested shampoo & was told they’d bring it right over but didn’t hear anything and after 30 min asked again After another 45 minutes it still wasn’t there Finally after 3 requests & an hour & a half later I finally got shampoo All this made us late starting our day Also the pool was full of screaming kids trying to drown each other, doing cannon balls off the side and another group throwing a rugby ball The pool was supposed to close at 9:00 but the first night they carried on til well after midnight There was also some sort of door stop sticking up in the middle of the door way that I stubbed my toe on The bath tub had paint peeling off of it Would never stay there again
