  : Good rooms, great internet, not a bad breakfast.
  : When we arrived and my daughter opened her backpack to find drawing pencils, the administrator said that she could not do it and urged not to do it, moreover, he said that I had to pick up all the things (2 backpacks and 2 bags) and I can only leave suitcases in the hall. When my daughter asked the administrator for a pen or pencil, he didn't have it either. After that, we were able to go to the check in, it turned out that I booked a room for the wrong dates. I didn't want to pay for the night we didn't stay at the hotel, so the receptionist canceled the following days without warning, said to pick up bags and leave to deal with the booking. With 3 suitcases, 2 backpacks, 2 bags and a child, I was forced to leave the hotel to call the booking and book the hotel again for the dates I needed. Needless to say that the money for a day not spent at the hotel, the hotel refused to return me. A few days later, we moved to a nearby hotel 1 meter away, where we were able to leave our bags for 3 hours before the check in and without any problems.

  : The mice, drug deals, poop smears and oil stains in ceiling and walls. We stayed one night. Paid $138.00 cancelation fee plus one more night because we couldn't get out of the rest of the reservation for 3 more nights. It's value but not safe and very dirty.

  : Worst hotel ever! Terrible front desk staff. Rooms overpriced. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we checked out after the first night and went to a different hotel. Never again!

  : The room itself was okay. We were stuck next to a utility room that smelled really bad, they would put ash trays and trash can right next to our room. We had asked for clean towels multiple times, even after being assured they were coming, they never did. We called 6 times in less than 2 hours. The towels we had in our room were stained with what seemed like blood. Never staying at this location or any comfort inn ever again.
  : Better communication, better sanitation practices.
