: It is a great location, but that is *literally* the only positive thing about this place.
: There was more to dislike than like here. 1) difficult to contact. Their offices at in Denmark according to the phone number, so USA parties can only get into contact with them from midnight to 8am. They only respond to a single email a day.2) paying for this place was difficult. Paid over PayPal initially. Paid what was asked then a week later was threatened that my reservation wasn't valid until I pay $31 more, because I didn't pay everything when reserving, despite already paying. 3) when we actually got into the house, it was...rather in disrepair and poorly kept. Very dirty, dont move anything if you want to keep the illusion of clean living. Bedroom smelled like dirty dog. Holes in walls and floors. Shower door was close to falling off the hinges and had to be held to prevent it from falling off. Screens were missing on bedroom windows. Bathroom window was missing altogether with a painted piece of wood in its place. Mold in the shower, dirt and dust on the bedroom fan, and just felt dirty.4) the biggest fault of this place was the property manager. When we arrived the person checking us in mentioned that the property manager would be stopping by and staying in the back residence and would need us to move our car the following day and he would park in front of us. Little did we know, he was going to require us to wake up at 11pm to move our car out onto the street and he was going to take all the parking with a truck and trailer. Was extremely inconsiderate considering the listing shows onsite parking as an amenity. 5) the security of this place is a joke. The outside gate is "locked" with a string wrapped on a nail. Overall, this place was the *worst* place I have ever paid for. Especially having paid close to $700USD for two nights.
