  : Poorly maintained Poorly cleaned No security Doors and windows don't lock I had to change hotel because I couldn't get in on the second day because I was surrounded by police and I was with a 4 year old child

  : Emergency lodging. The hotel I booked a month earlier refused me service because mgr said he didnt like my visbe. I had nowhere to sleep. 69 year old female with back injury with nowhere to sleep. So I took only room left at Oceana. They were very nice
  : I only took the room out of fear of sleeping in m car. Luckily I had a sleeping bag in my car. Otherwise, I could never stay in a room like this. But the mgr was very kind, apologized for room. Their other rooms are not that bad. But they were sold out.

  : Single worst hotel I have ever stayed in
  : 1. Towels looked 10 years old2. Sheets were 100% not cleaned or slept in by a homeless person prior3. Shower floor was completely cracked to the point water went right through4. Within 30 minutes of getting in my room there was an argument / fight outside (not sure I heard screaming didnt see it) 5. Bed / pillows were awful 6. Door looked/felt like a Home Depot replacement after the police barged through the prior one7. I would have cancelled / booked elsewhere upon entering my room if the cancellation policy was different and I was not so tired

  : I booked the hotel on booking.com after 9:00 p.m.; it did not say anywhere on the website that there's No Check-ins after 9:00. So when I arrived at the hotel, the office was closed and I was unable to say the night. Which then made me have to book another hotel last minute and drive to another place to stay for the night. I have talked to booking.com, I have left three messages with oceana boutique hotel, I have called five times with no answer and I have still not been able to get a refund of my money even though I did not stay there. Their customer service and front desk operations are far below par and I'm still very upset that I have not had my money returned for a stay that I did not have. It is also upsetting because nowhere, anywhere does it say that there's no check-ins after 9:00 on booking.com. So even though it's not my fault they still are refusing to give me my money back. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! it is not worth it!! You will lose your money, they do not work with you, they do not call you back, they do not care. If I could give them a NEGATIVE 100 points I would.
