  : The location was great and centrally located to everything on the West side of town. The hotel was very clean in the common areas.
  : The hotel needs a major update. We were in room 204 specifically and it had a lot of issues. Outlets were sticking out of walls and loose. The tub had evidence of large plaster repairs all over it and felt like it would break. The bathrooms had no fans for steam or anything and it would billow out into the room during showers. Also the most major annoyance was regarding the window and our comfort. There was a very bright parking lot security light directly outside our window that shined and made a bright happy around the “blackout” curtains all night. Also a large tree was scraping against the window constantly throughout the stay and the combination made it very hard to get any decent sleep. The front desk was told, but there’s nothing they can do quickly about these problems.

  : The trundle pull out mattress was great however no linen available for it in the room. We had to go get some downstairs.
  : The pool can use some cleaning look dirty.

  : I liked having a trey I could use to bring breakfast up to my family
  : Our room was not properly cleaned and even after 2 requests that they please do another once over of our room, they did not. Our soap was used, the tub had soap scum still in it and we found a wet tshirt tucked in the couch

  : I did get to have breakfast and it was hot and delicious. I liked that there was a work area. fridge & microwave are always a plus! Shout out to Linda at the front desk and working the night shift on that day as she held my reservation open as I was at the wrong hotel and trying to make it to her before midnight! She stated, "Communication is key and as long as she knows, she could assist", and luckily, I had thought ahead to let them know. She was so helpful and cheerful when I finally arrived!!
  : Drip from the shower head that I could not stop, so if kept waking me. Housekeeping had not vacuumed, or didn't do it very well, as there were small pebbles/gravel throughout the rug, that was annoying. On my last day, the fire alarm went off and it took a long time to get the elevators back on, so I had to walk my luggage 4 flights of stairs... Ice machine didn't work so you had to go to the first floor to get ice.

  : The location and the receptionists up front!
  : That we had a big roach in our room floor, my mom had another one in her room too. The beds were too hard, sheets were not clean they had different stains. The pillows were too soft and gave no support to sleep. The restroom and the shower are separated. Our trash and towels weren’t taken out, so we had to leave it in the hall to be picked up. The small pool was disgusting, the water was foogy and looked so dirty.
