  : The location was perfect for our reason for coming to San Antonio. We were able to walk to the events at Trinity, and H.E.B. supermarket was easy driving distance. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. When I needed to contact Daniela in the office she was very prompt at calling me back and helpful.
  : When we arrived there was no numbered parking place , so we parked in the wrong spot (corrected later). The back door is swollen, and difficult to open and close. There were no instructions on how to access the WiFi. The higher shelves in the kitchen were inaccessible-a small stepladder would have been helpful. There were no robe hooks or towel racks in the bathroom. The shelf in the living room closet was not well-anchored and one screw actually came out when we were using it. This could potentially fall and cause an injury.
