  : Just getting to the room I needed to use the restroom the toilet did not flush therefore the maintenance needed to use the plunger. It also dropped all the water on the floor it was a mess. Who would want to stay in that hotel. I never saw security inside there were people making noises at 2 o’clock in the morning. This hotel was terrible!

  : The property itself was not bad. The bedroom was clean. The sheets were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was ok. But there were issues. The property manager lied on me and I don’t appreciate it.
  : There were bugs in the bathroom.We killed them. I want to make it clear they were only in the bathroom. They weren’t bedbugs so it wasn’t that big of a deal. I don’t like how the manager lied.We had to be let in our room 424 the entire stay.Every time I went to the front desk I asked to speak with a manager because I got tired of having to wait for someone to let us in the room. I NEVER spoke with a manager but he lied to Booking. He said they fixed the locks and didn’t hear from us for the rest of the stay. That’s a bold face lie.I had to go down there or call when we would get back just to be let in. I have proof of the bugs and I have proof that we had to be let in our room every single time. My call log shows I called the front desk multiple times. If their cameras work then it will show that as well. The receptionist Chloe was awesome when she came to let us in. She did everything she could to help but the locks were never fixed. Every person who had to let us in told us that someone would be up shortly to fix it. No one ever came. I am floored that the manager I could never speak to lied like on us. I’m not even looking for a full refund because we stayed 4 days. It was very inconvenient that we had to be let in our room the entire stay just for the manager to lie. The price is worth it if the locks work but just know the manager will lie.
