  : Location is the only good thing, provided you don't mind being in a neighborhood. Not too far from downtown, though.
  : Fire ants in the bed, stains on the sheets & pillowcases, the floor was unswept with grime everywhere, no remote for the TV, the towels were dirty, burn holes on the duvet, phone number wasn't working so I couldn't call anyone, and the guy working the front desk was unhelpful. No wifi password provided. Only stay here if you're really desperate, otherwise I recommend splurging anywhere else.

  : Everything else. This property was a disaster. We arrived to find a small, grey-painted group of about 8 units in somebody's back garden. Check-in was through a window of the house and I had to stand there in the open for about 20 minutes through the most painful check-in process. The woman would not accept either my passport or driving licence as identification and kept showing it by smartphone to her husband at some remote location. Eventually he said to proceed. Then she went through the same procedure with both my credit and debit cards until he finally OK-ed these too. I don't know what she was doing with the card reader but both my cards were rejected so I (reluctantly) had to pay cash - a big inconvenience. The room was basic to say the least. The floor was rough painted boards - no rugs or carpet. Wires were hanging everywhere, the television didn't work and in trying to repair this, the woman's son presumably trod on the cable to the fridge, pulling the plug from the wall. Result - a huge pool of water in the morning. In the morning - no shower or decent wash because there was no hot water. There was nobody to talk to about this when we left in the morning. This property should be removed from booking.com lists - it does you no favours.

  : The managers are awesome..very friendly and helpful. The motel is very clean and was in good condition.
  : Traffic. The people in and out all day and night was the bad part about this motel.
