  : First time we rented an apartment and was amazed to have 950 sq-ft and two bathrooms for the cost. Great TV's in bedroom and living room with Roku and a bunch of stuff to watch in the evening. Quiet and private, easy access, second floor so had to be careful on the stairs with our stuff. Too cold for the balcony but looked great. Minutes from all the shops and restaurants on St Simons. Full kitchen with all appliances. Shower was great and LOVE that there is good vent fan in the bathroom! Bed large and comfortable. Never did a lock box for a key so struggled with that a bit. Didn't notice Wifi PW was in the guest book but found it. Relaxing and comfy, need we say more?
  : Not a fault of this apartment but boxes of deliveries were piled in the doorway for the apartment across the hall. Wasn't sure where to take trash but found the dumpster across the parking lot. Address wouldn't lock on in Waze so had to get close and look each time. Was a little hard to find 'Q' at first but drive to the very back of the complex, in the back right corner second floor.

  : Unit H13 was well supplied with cooking pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc.
  : Sliding door to porch needs new track wheels and is hard to open. BBQ grills not close to unit. Fridge took overnight to get cold and had to be turned up almost to highest setting.
