  : When we arrived, we found the comforter had a hole in it, and feathers were everywhere. We called the front desk for a replacement, and they gave us a 'mat cover'. They wouldn't take the ripped comforter with them nor cleaned up all the feathers!! So it was very, very unhygienic to keep it in the room. We asked for room service since we stayed 2 nights and was not given since it was 'outside of the time frame'. We asked to just bring up new sheets and a vaccum, and we could make the bed ourselves but was denied. The second day, we asked for new towels and were told to call back after 8 am, since 'housekeeping wasn't in yet', so we decided to just have breakfast before washup. Breakfast was a disaster. The girl asked how we'd like to pay, and we said put it on the room since we didn't bring our wallets down. She didn't ask for our room number. Asked if we wanted coffee and told us to go sit as she'll be right over. We sat for 20 minutes waiting for her. Others that came afterward got their breakfast and left already. We went back up to her, and she said she had forgotten. Then, finally, she gave us direction that this was a buffet style. We got our coffee and ate in peace even though she served everyone else but us. She never brought our bill to us, so we thought she was able to get our room number. The next day, we were stopped and finally given direction to breakfast. There was nothing spoken of when I checked in, no direction in the rooms, but made us feel like we were low life theives getting away with a free meal. Since we were in the lobby, we asked for the towels again, and she checked in the back and came out with nothing, took down our room number, and stated she'll have someone bring them up. No towels were ever brought up the whole 2 nights we were there. It was daunting, dishonest and disrespectful, and one thing after another. I really like the location and sadly, that was about it.

  : Breakfast which we paid $14.99 each plus tax and tip was sorry. Most hotels don’t charge for breakfast and it’s about the same quality that we paid extra for. And our room was $187.50 per night (3 nights) plus taxes. Way too much money. The manager was an arrogant man and not nice.
  : Room cost too much per night plus taxes. Breakfast was very disappointing and the price was high considering that it should have been included in the room price. Staff: some was nice, some not.
